Daniel and Karen have been designated as AIRBNB and VRBO SUPERHOSTS for four years running. So what does the SUPERHOST distinction mean?

It means that Daniel and Karen and their nightly rental home stand out from the sea of other hosts. Every three months, our performance has been measured against and has exceeded a set of specific home quality, amenity and guest satisfaction criteria.  Being designated as SUPERHOSTS also means we have achieved an average guest review rating of over 4.9% for 57 reviews!!

AIRBNB PLUS PROGRAM DESIGNATION

The Airbnb Plus designation filters down the quality of listing and the hosts even further.  We will be achieving this designation in the very near future as we already meet the qualification criteria for the designation:

• In-person quality inspection performed prior to every booking
